More from the beach

I finally downloaded the pictures from my camera so here are some more from our trip.

Ahh... beach life

The next sequence of pictures was what Thomas wanted to do all day, every day. He freaking loved the faucet. Thought it was just awesome. This was the best part of the trip for him. 

Beach bums

It's not every day your husband calls to tell you to pack your bags and head to the beach- that day! But that's what happened last Tuesday, July 3. One minute we are swimming and the next I am flying through the house packing like a nut and driving to Birmingham to pick up John and head to the beach. It was a BLAST! I mean, vacations aren't the same as what they are like without kids, but it's a whole new kind of joy. It's so much fun to see the beach through Whit's eyes. He loved it! Here are some pics from John's phone- I'll upload more later!

His face doesn't show it but he loved sand- it was disgusting! He would roll around in it. Ew.

Yay for putt-putt!

He did go karts his first night and talked about it the rest of the trip- he was a little thrilled

Here comes the bride...

I am so very excited that my sister is getting MARRIED! She is going to be Hayley Heard- isn't that cute?? Best wishes to the happy couple- I can't believe that my little sister is getting married! I vividly remember being told I was going to be a big sister, sitting in the waiting room the day she was born, the day she got her license, went to college, pledged a sorority... and now she's going to be a Mrs! Bug- I'm so proud of you and proud to call you my sister. I love you and Graham and can't wait for you to experience being a wife!
